Introduction

Knoworth has developed an internal management platform for China Minsheng Bank,in order to allow employees to obtain a convenient operation experience.Knoworth not only ensures that users can feel lively and young,but also promote the improvement of the efficiency of the staff.

Project background

China Minsheng Bank is the first national commercial bank established by private capital in mainland China. The platform can fully guarantee the enterprise's management idea, management method, management tools, enterprise flow, rules and regulations, and the realization of the incentive mechanism. The main role of this platform is to give full play to the efficiency of internal and external resources, the core of which is to ensure the realization of the objectives,tasks and results.

Project challenges

CMBC hopes to integrate the existing staff management, to provide a convenient platform for employees, so that employees can complete the payroll inquiries,attendance management,performance evaluation and other work quickly. Through project preliminary user study, we learned that Employees in Minsheng Bank are merely young people and Minsheng Bank hopes to break the routine office system of the traditional style, so we constantly improved the details to improve the user experience from the design and development, and finally let the whole service system becomes lively and full of youth.

Cooperation process

Since many of the management work was carried out outside the internet, when the first integrated into the line,how to make the original work flow smoothly and more conveniently became a big challenge.Today's management information technology has made great progress, to create a platform for the modern management of information is the project target. Traditional enterprise management platform is built by combining the methods of manual, computer, internal network, independent management system,OA and so on. The new platform not only improves the efficiency of management, but also makes the scientific management get unprecedented application.

Our achievements

The use of innovative technology to subvert the traditional enterprise application system, greatly reducing the workload of manual management of employees while improving work efficiency, thereby reducing the cost of enterprises.
